After 22 years in the printing industry, I watched countless businesses waste money on trendy marketing gimmicks and mindless content creation. It was agonizing to see quality fade as speed and cost became the primary focus. Clients started gambling with their brand, bombarding customers with cheap, forgettable materials instead of crafting meaningful experiences. It was soul-crushing - I needed a change.

That's when I discovered User Experience Design, and it reignited my passion. Now, I'm all about No Bullshit branding solutions - telling clients the hard truths they need to hear, not just what they want to hear. I believe business should be FUN, not dry and boring. And most importantly, I stay true to my own brand, authentically creating unique and memorable customer experiences. It's not about following someone else's blueprint - it's about doing what works for you and your customers.
